As the Summer Olympics are underway, let us not forget a tragedy that occurred 40 years ago. On September 5-6, 1972, during the second week of the Summer Olympics in Munich, West Germany, 11 members of the Israeli Olympic Team were mercilessly killed by the terror organization Black September. 40 years later, the International Olympic Committee has refused hold hold a vigil or even a moment of silence in honor of the slain athletes. I'm not asking for a boycott, or to not watch the Games. All that I'm asking is to simply remember the victims of this vicious terror attack.
